Our Core Focus

Core Focus defines an organization's “Reason for Being” and its unique position in the market place (its niche).

Ron Riffe has been with GHAC, Inc. since 1970. Ron currently oversees many of the company's commercial design/build and bid/spec projects.

Ron started-off installing residential furnaces and air conditioners. He later became responsible for overseeing the work of all residential installation crews.

Today, Ron spends most of his time in the field, supervising and actively participating in the installation of many commercial projects.

Will Patterson is the son of owner and company co-founder Jack Patterson.

Will is President of GHAC, Inc. and oversees the residential and light commercial division of the company.

Will started working for General Heating & A/C back in the 1980's as an installer's assistant and later began working summers as a service technician trainee.

"I remember driving home after graduating from college, and my dad asked me if I would like to come manage the service department at General Heating. I said, 'Sure'. That was the beginning of my career at GHAC, Inc."

Will spent many years managing the service department, and now oversees the residential and light commercial division of GHAC, Inc.Will also performs much of the commercial/industrial service as well as the company's commercial controls work.
